Your personal Terms and Conditions will be discussed and agreed during our Property Search brief. Our fees are the following:
Introductory Fee: £1000. This is a non-refundable introductory fee which is finally deductible from full fee. This fee is charged in order to cover our expenses throught the process of your property search and purchase.
Full Fees: Usually within the 1-1.50% range, according to the level of the purchase price. You can be sure that the above fees are going to be reimbursed out of funds that you save during the negotiation of terms while buying your property using our financial advice and expertise.
Full fees will only become payable upon your successful exchange of contracts on your home of choice. The signing of our contract and acceptance of Terms and Conditions ensure that you will enjoy our full support until the successful acquisition of your desired property.
